We work with a diverse range of people, so we know how important it is to get to know you first. Once you have been referred to us you will speak to our lovely Better You Co-ordinator Sharni, who will ask you about your medical history, your aims and any barriers you may have. Then your Better You Personal Trainer will prescribe the perfect training plan just for you.

Whether you want to take it slow or transform your health and wellbeing – whatever your goals, we can match them.

You will be fully supported on your journey by your Better You Personal Trainer who will check in with you to see how you’re getting on and talk to you at the end of the 12 weeks about how to manage your ongoing fitness plan. You can also speak to us at any time.
