This style of yoga practice is more flowing and dynamic where we combine movements with breathing control and the exercises can be adapted for different ability levels. 
Beginners are welcome at this class but a reasonable level of fitness is required. For more advanced practitioners, more challenging options can be offered but the main aim is to increase suppleness, strength and balance alongside bringing a sense of calm to the mind. All classes are warm, friendly and encouraging and yoga is the perfect practice to keep well.

Stress and anxiety are common place in this day and age and a lot of us will suffer from this on a regular basis. Having some natural ways to manage and control it, can enable us to deal with these times and get the balance back in our lives without the need for medical intervention. In this 1 hour session we will look at ways that have been proven to help decrease and limit stress and anxiety in life using natural and holistic methods which will also benefit other areas of your health and wellbeing.

Pilates with Katie

Standing and seated exercise to improve balance, strength and posture. With the aim of making everyday activities such as walking housework and gardening easier and preventing falls. This class will work on all the key elements needed for better balance and ease of movement.

Pilates – Mat Based, absolute beginners with Katie

Improve your posture, balance and wellbeing.  Maintain a peaceful mind and feel in tune with your body.  Learn to engage your core muscles and use the correct breathing techniques to enhance their effectiveness.  Use Pilates moves to stabilise and strengthen your pelvic, core and abdominal muscles and increase posture, flexibility and mobility, as well as begin to build your muscular strength and maintain bone health.  This is a structured yet relaxed class for absolute beginners or those looking for a very gentle Pilates class with a range of adaptions and modifications available where required.

Improve your posture, balance, and wellbeing.  Use Pilates moves to stabilise and strengthen your pelvic, core and abdominal muscles and increase posture, flexibility, and mobility, as well as build your muscular strength and maintain bone health. This is a structured yet relaxed class for mixed ability individuals looking to challenge their core strength and flexibility with a range of adaptions and modifications available where required.

Regain your strength with Susie

Suitable for all levels

Work on developing and building muscle, as well as improving posture and overall fitness levels. We will focus on the whole body each session and teach correct form and technique necessary to perform each exercise. Ideal for all abilities, modifications and adjustments will be provided for all exercises. You will need one set of Dumbells, KettleBell or Band.

Stretch for aches and pains with Susie

Suitable for all levels

Working the whole body with flow style stretching exercises, focussing on specific areas of the body each session.  Designed to alleviate the soreness and stiffness from exercise or everyday life. No equipment required, you may choose to have a yoga mat for comfort. 

Low Impact Weight Loss with Susie

Suitable for all levels

Focusing on conditioning the body. We will be concentrating on slow, controlled movement to create a high level of intensity without high impact. Perfect for those who want to avoid stress and pressure on joints.

Women Wellbeing with Susie

Suitable for all levels

Exercises to improve your core strength, pelvic floor, hip flexibility and alleviate general aches and pains. Great for women who have given birth or those struggling with pelvic floor, hip flexibility and core strength. No equipment needed, although a resistance band and yoga mat for comfort may be useful.
