Body Maintenance – Movement, Strength & Stretch with Katie
A fun Express Session designed to improve & maintain an active lifestyle. The session focuses on functional movement, building muscular strength and stretching. Adapted for different fitness levels. A firm chair is required as a balance aid for some moves.
Dynamic Flow Yoga with Sal
This style of yoga practice is more flowing and dynamic where we combine movements with breathing control and the exercises can be adapted for different ability levels. The main aim is to increase suppleness, strength and balance alongside bringing a sense of calm to the mind.
Pilates with Katie
Standing and seated exercise to improve balance, strength and posture. With the aim of making everyday activities such as walking, housework and gardening easier and preventing falls. This class will work on all the key elements needed for better balance and ease of movement.

Learn to engage your core muscles and use the correct breathing techniques to enhance their effectiveness. Use Pilates moves to stabilise and strengthen your pelvic, core and abdominal muscles and increase posture, flexibility and mobility, as well as begin to build your muscular strength and maintain bone health.
Pilates- Mat Based Mixed Ability with Katie
Improve your posture, balance, and wellbeing. Use Pilates moves to stabilise and strengthen your pelvic, core and abdominal muscles and increase posture, flexibility, and mobility, as well as build your muscular strength and maintain bone health. This is a structured yet relaxed class for mixed ability individuals looking to challenge their core strength and flexibility with a range of adaptions and modifications available where required.
Strength Class with Susie
Work on developing and building muscle, as well as improving posture and overall fitness levels. We will focus on the whole body each session and teach correct form and technique necessary to perform each exercise. Ideal for all abilities, modifications and adjustments will be provided for all exercises. You will need one set of Dumbells, KettleBell or Band.
Stretch with Susie
An Express Class working the whole body with flow style stretching exercises, focussing on specific areas of the body each session. Designed to alleviate the soreness and stiffness from exercise or everyday life.
No equipment required, you may choose to have a yoga mat for comfort.
Tone with Susie
This Express Session will focus on conditioning the body. We will be concentrating on slow, controlled movement to create a high level of intensity without high impact.
Perfect for those who want to avoid stress and pressure on joints.
Women Wellbeing with Susie
An Express Class using exercises to improve your core strength, pelvic floor, hip flexibility and alleviate general aches and pains. Great for women who have given birth or those struggling with pelvic floor, hip flexibility and core strength. No equipment needed, although a resistance band and yoga mat for comfort may be useful.
Mat Based Back Care Workshop with Katie
This 6 week course uses Pilates moves which are safe and can help prevent and decrease back pain; including lower back. You will focus on your posture and alignment, perform moves to strengthen your core support muscles and stretch those tight back muscles. You will begin to improve your flexibility, muscular strength and feel more in tune with your body.

It helps reduce unnecessary stress and tension and can help you find more pleasure in whatever you do.
Lower Back Pain Course with Adam Fiske
A course run over 5 sessions offering a comprehensive look at how back pain affects you .
Each session looks at a different aspect of back pain including your experience of it, how back pain affects your body and your daily life. It will give you specific tools to help you unwind these effects and take back control.
