Wellbalanced – Falls Prevention Programme
Our flagship Wellbalanced falls prevention service supports older adults to improve strength, balance and mobility, helping to reduce the risk of falls and maintain independence. We’re delighted to have recently been awarded funding for 33 classes across West Sussex through West Sussex County Council. Through these 24-week, community-based sessions, we are continuing to roll out our programme in local venues across the county, making it easier for residents to access specialist strength and balance support close to home.
