Welcome to your Wellbalanced at-Home Exercise Hub, a space created especially for everyone taking part in the Wellbalanced Falls Prevention Programme. These short, easy-to-follow videos are here to help you keep practising the strength and balance exercises introduced in class, at a pace that feels right for you. Regular movement is key to building confidence, improving stability and staying independent, and having something to guide you at home can make all the difference. Dip in as often as you like and keep building on the progress you’ve already made.
