New Wellbalanced Classes in West Sussex

We’ve Been Awarded Funding for 33 New Wellbalanced Classes in West Sussex

We’re delighted to share some fantastic news, our Wellbalanced Falls Prevention service has been awarded funding to deliver 33 new community classes across West Sussex.

Thanks to the support of West Sussex County Council, even more older adults will be able to access our 24-week strength and balance programme, designed to reduce the risk of falls, build confidence and support independent living. Falls can have a significant impact on health and wellbeing, but targeted, evidence-based exercise can make a real difference.

These new classes will be delivered in community venues across the county, making them accessible to local residents. As always, sessions are free for eligible West Sussex residents and available via referral or self-referral.

We’re incredibly proud to continue expanding the Wellbalanced Falls Prevention Programme and supporting more people to stay stronger, steadier and more confident in their everyday lives. Keep an eye on our timetable page for new locations and start dates as they’re confirmed.
