Wellbalanced Goes Online!

Feeling really proud of our Wellbalanced Programme, which aims to reduce the risk of falls by helping older people improve their strength & balance.

As a result of COVID-19, we’ve been working hard to continue our Wellbalanced Strength & Balance programme with a range of telephone and free online support .

This is particularly important at the present time as falls are one of the main causes of hospitalisation for older people and we want to prevent the likelihood of this occurring whilst they are isolating.

If you know anyone who is a bit unsteady on their feet or could benefit from some gently daily exercise, please share this with them or their relatives so we can help as many older people as possible.

Hassocks Classes Cancelled

We have been informed by Age Concern, Hassocks that the centre is closing to outside clubs until further notice. Therefore all Wellbalanced classes held at Age Concern, Hassocks will be cancelled until further notice.

We plan to contact all participants and will keep in regular communication to offer our support throughout this period.

If you would like to receive home exercise handouts and a weekly call please email us at info@wellbalancedprogramme.co.uk.

All other classes remain unaffected at this time. We will keep you informed of any further changes to our service.
